Please write to us via the contact form, specifying the nature of your mistake if you know it. If not, please tell us the claim number for which you believe you have made an error or omission.

Can I see the status of my claims?
Yes. Just login and go to the “Referrals” section of your personal profile.
I was registered in the previous program, will I cover my accumulated rewards?
Yes. By joining the new program and its terms, your account balance will automatically be transferred to the new Rubi Rewards Program.
I forgot my password, what to do?
Go to the program login page and click on the “Forgotten password” link and follow the steps to regain access to your account.
Can I access the balance of my accumulated points?
Yes, at all times. Just sign in and go to the “Referrals” section in your personal profile.
